"The room smelled of stale cigarettes and musty. We had to get air fresheners just to tolerate it. The water park was nice however there was no option for a double tube inside to do the bigger slides with my little guy. Was dissatisfied with the food selections the breakfast was not good at all and only other option was pizza in the evening. Not sure we will be back may give it a second try not sure."

"Overall our room was comfortable and enjoyed the larger size compared to staying at the main hotel. However there are no streaming services in the room and the WiFi is terrible. We were on a budget this trip so we weren’t out spending money on Gburg or Sevierville if not at the pool. So it was harder to keep the kids entertained but we managed. Would have been nice to do a movie night or something though. My biggest complaint is the money grab situation. Everything is way more expensive on the...

"We had been told the facilities had been renovated in the last few years. The room we had, although clean, looked as though it had new flooring and paint, but the entrance door to the room looked as though it was ready to fall off and hard to open, as well as the door handle to the balcony, the counters in and outside the bathroom looked to be from the 1960s, as did the sinks and mirrors. No secure WIFI. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough but all and all, to us, the room was not worth the...

"Issues with my "suite" - A/C not on at arrival - A/C kept showing error code E9. Had to restart it 10x/night to keep room cool. All "maintenance" did was unplug it plug it back in again before leaving and never checking on us again. - No soap, dish soap, or toilet paper on arrival. - Room was DAMP. Carpet was damp. Tile was slick. - Drinkware was found dirty in the cabinets. - Bedding smelled like it had been left in the washer too long. Communicated all of this to front desk, and all I...
