"Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. "This had to be the worst hotel I have stayed in. The pictures on Expedia are completely inaccurate. The room we stayed in was not actually in the hotel. It was in an adjacent building, that was in disrepair. The images shown on Expedia are not a true representative of the room. Nothing worked. The Ac didn't work. The bedding was poor. The wall of the room were scuffed and marked. The shower was filthy. There was mold in the grout. Avoid at all cost."

"Tre stella nella media, si presenta quasi business e mi aspettavo molto di più, si salva per l'ottima professionalità dimostrata dal personale eccellente e per la disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito e ampio. Lasciamo stare la camera che si presenta rinnovata e pulita ma la TV piccola appoggiata sulla scrivania non permette di gustarsi la visione dei 4 (!) canali TV disponibili, il bagno per disabili (non richiesto) non ha il bidet, ha la vasca e il lavandino con lo scarico mezzo otturato....
