The staff were amazing, very receptive made us feel comfortable during our stay. Cleaning done every morning, good enough breakfast for the money paid. Left at 3 am in the morning and at checkout staff prepared morning snacks for take with us .

I liked that there was excellent service from staff and the rooms were clean. They also were very kind in providing us the breakfast that we paid for in the morning to go as we would leave early in the morning before the restaurant opened.

This place was very clean, staff was very friendly. Nice and close to train maybe 10 mins and bus stop 5 min walk. Bus ride to Venice was only 20 mins as well as the train.

Good value hotel very close to the train station

We stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station (Venice Mestre). The room and bathroom are quite small. The hotel is quite far away from the other restaurants but it has its own restaurant which included Chinese dishes in its menu. The staff are very friendly. It has a late check-out time (noon). Overall a good value hotel for a short stay.

All staff are really really friendly kind and helpful, well maintained property, very clean, breakfast was very good and better than expected, nice smell shower gel and good water pressure, very convenient transportation, quiet and safe inside the hotel. What i don't like is small room,A/C switched off in October, no fridge, no kettle, no toiletries apart from hand soap and shower gel which are very nice smell. People around the shops near the hotel are a bit noisy evening time.

Our reservation said Queen-size beds but we get double beds, when asking, they said they didn't have Queen-size beds in any room. Wifi works badly. Breakfast was delicious and great, very good options. The hotel have a restaurant with good prices and delicious food. Good service

A good choice in Venice

A very good choice in Venice. The hotel is very good located,the manager and the staff were very helpful and polite . We had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was quite good and the neighborhood is very SAFE! we read critics that talked about a bad neighborhood but this is not true... people of different colour do not make a neighborhood bad! excellent trattoria 50m from the hotel. We had a familly room ,the first night for 110 and the second 140...110 is a fair price for this hotel,140 is not..

Hotel Vienna is really a gem among hotels. Firstly the location is very good. It can be reached easily from Mestre train and bus stations (15 min walk). And the bus ride to Venice (three lines) takes about 12 - 15 minutes. The personnel is really very kind. Everybody speaks good English and is very helpfull. They seem to know everything you need to know about Venice. The room was big enough. The furniture is a bit dark and outdated but everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were made and the room cleaned and towels changed every day. Bathroom (a bathtub with a shower) is light and airy. I especially appreciated the handle attached to the wall that helps when you climb to the tub. All this at a very good price, especially when compared to other Venice hotels! I will definately come back. (Actually I have already booked my second stay here.)
