"Very clean and great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Free breakfast and shuttle a plus. Only inconvenience was the thin walls making it somewhat difficult to sleep because of noisy neighbors."

"El hotel estaba bien con relación a las instalaciones y el precio lo único que podrían mejorar es en realizar limpieza en las habitaciones mientras estás hospedado por qué nos dijeron que solo cada 3 días realizan limpieza lo bueno es que con las toallas limpias no ponían peros que es lo que más utilizamos en nuestra familia y tampoco me gustó que no había agua fría en la regadera solo caliente y teníamos que encender la llave del lavamanos para calibrar lo caliente del agua."

"⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Stay! Definitely Not Worth the Money!
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the amount of money we paid, I expected a much cleaner, better-maintained property and a far better experience.
First, the room had a terrible musty smell, almost like mold. The floors were extremely greasy, the curtains were badly stained, and the microwave was filthy. To make matters worse, the ceiling fan kept turning on and off by itself throughout our...

"For the price I paid, this was an excellent stay! The rooms were clean. The sheets were crisp. the bathroom was really clean. I did have the following gripes:
- When I checked in, I had to immediately run out to run some errands. When I returned to the property, the guard at the gate was insanely rude to me and demanded that I show him the parking pass in front of the car even though I told him I had checked in.
- Check-out is at 11:00am. It is incredibly rude for housekeeping to come...

"Me and my three children stayed here at the end of October. We came to go to Disney world the location was excellent and the room was very accommodating for what we needed and more . It was super clean which is the most important to us and the bonus was it had a washer dryer which was a little wonky but we made it work lol . The pool and hot tub was very nice my kids loved it and it stayed open until 11 pm and felt great after a long day after the parks . Would definitely recommend this hotel...
