"What was advertised online was not what we experienced in person. This felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel.

"Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price.
