"Nice located in the Plaza Foch area. Our room is spacious for two. Staff were willing help but barely speak English! This was actually our one night extended stay. They aggreed with the price we had negotiated. So main communication went though with Google translation, lol. For the very reasonable price, this is a good deal and highly recommended regardkess lock of included breakfast and other miscellaneous issues."

"The only thing that was challenging was getting to the hotel since the Uber couldn't take us straight to it and we had to walk down a big hill and weren't entirely sure where we were going. Otherwise everything else at this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing the room was great, everything was really beautiful. It was a great stay! I loved it - it really embraced the colonial feel!"

"Terrible hotel that literally gives preferential treatment to gringos and neglect service to Ecuadorian citizens. They should be more equal and fair with their service. A paying customer should have equal rights and treatment despite independent of their skin complexion. I waited with my wife and baby for service while gringos were attended by numerous waiters. We were completely neglected though still American with Hispanic physical traits. They definitely profile ppl and practice preferential...
