"My room was spacious and had a nice view of the Chicago skyline and the lake. Loved the fridge & microwave in it. Wasn't happy about the parking charge; however, the location was great with restaurants close. The bathroom sink did not drain well.
I will definitely stay here next time I visit my brother in Evanston. I'd like to request the same room!"

"It was OK. Not the greatest, not the worst. The building itself is old. My room was nice but the bathroom was TINY. The toilet didn’t have a cover, looked like a public bathroom. What makes this hotel stand out is definitely the VIEW. It’s so beautiful. Great location, walk across the street to the water. "

"This is a contemporary “hip” hotel. The lobby has a bar and lots of seating, a fireplace and pool table. Contemporary furniture throughout. Snacks, drinks and breakfast are in the open space of the lobby. This is not a quiet hotel. Music plays 24/7 in the lobby. In the evenings it is quite loud. Think disco night. If this is not your vibe I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
This hotel is across the street from Lavin Pavilion of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a variety of restaurants...
