I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. "Convenient location in regards to travel. Beds were hard, shower that poured water onto the outside of the shower area, no vent in bathroom which made it terribly humid after a shower (not good for doing your hair) pool was freezing cold (pool manager claimed it was 84 degrees, not even close)."
