"We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great."

"First of all the front desk do not listen to. The guest they did what they wanted to. I came down to the front desk my instructions was very clear I don't need housekeeping service but unfortunately when I return from the funeral home my room had been service my luggage had been ramshackle as if they was looking for something now I forgot that my credit cards was in my carriage bag I REPORTED THE CARD STOLEN why informed the front desk
Again my Instructions was clear .

"Indigo is a most affordable hotel in the Hart of downtown Detroit. I’ve stayed there many times when I have visited Detroit because it is a well kept property for a reasonable price. The restaurant serves great coffee and a marvelous breakfast."
