"The lication is great, the staff was very nice. For breakfast they were efficient but at the times we went it was always very full.
Part of the reason we booked it, was the thinking we could relax after a day out in the pool. As where there is a pool, finding a lounger is like winning the lottery.
We had a room with a balcony, overlooking a busy road, so as it is a balcony it's not really usable.
As well the hotel is advertised with free wifi and pool, but once you are there you pay your daily...

"Great stay and location. Staff are as friendly as they get paid for (bit doing anything extra friendly for free lol which is fine) and at some point the fire alarm went off but no one made sure everyone was out. They just closed the door (not lock) where the elevator was. I took the elevator and then exited out the emergency door loool but I didn’t know anything was going on so that was my only gripe.
So good for solo travel! Felt safe, all that jazz."

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful, everything worked as it should- hot water and pressure was fantastic. SAFE HOTEL, was not worried about the area. Short walk to pier 39 with good shopping. We are from the southeast and felt comfortable with the accommodations"
