"The room was clean and comfortable. The beach is accessible and clean and nice. Not much to do in the actual hotel but the location is great to get to everything. The one younger woman that works the front desk isn’t so pleasant and you almost feel like you’re a bother to her. But the older woman and young man are pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it for a stay if you’re an independent traveller and not looking for much amenities in a hotel."

"Firstly we landed early. I tried to get an early check in and there was impossible. The room was indeed ready but still they made us wait until 4pm on the dot. When we finally got to our room there was no cold water. My boyfriend actually burned his hand with the boiling hot shower water. "The staff and room were excellent. The daily breakfast was wonderful. The BEST croissants anywhere!! It was nice to have the guest laundry; the appliances need to be updated though. "On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of. Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom...
