When I checked in I was informed that they did not provide daily cleaning service & if I needed clean towels I would need to request them at the front desk. Being near a beach we had sand in the room & it would have been nice to at least have the room vacuumed each day. The railing on the balcony was rotted. On their website they showed a full dining area and a breakfast buffet for an additional $25. I don’t know where this...

"Rooms are spacious-big bathroom, comfortable bed. There is no restaurant or bar. they do bring you a continental breakfast to your room every morning which was really nice. It’s right off of Cannery Row so it was a little louder than I would have liked."

"Property has a lot of charm. Beautiful decor and staff were very friendly. However…We stayed in the room by the front door. Extremely loud, not only from the front door opening/closing but also from just simple talking next door and steps from above. Rest is hard to be achieved unless you have ear plugs. Carpets were dirty and bedding had stains on them on top of being old enough where they were not white anymore. For over $400 a night, there are better properties to choose from nearby."

"One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Was old and tired and dirty and smelly. Terrible choice to stay there. Holes in curtains. Dirty coffee machine. Bathroom stunk of drainage. Floors in bedroom stunk of disinfectant and were sticky. "
