"Rooms were clean (you can tell the housekeepers do their job) but the rooms itself were runned down. They need upgrades/renovations. Shower head takes a minute to get running after u pull up the dial on the faucet, the bedding needs replacing - you can tell they’ve been cleaned a million times from the accumulated lint balls in the fabric, which was rough on the skin. Also, they could’ve possibly had bed bugs because the kids and I had bites on our ankles and my daughter broke out with rashes."

"First of all, the staff were fantastic. However, we were deeply disappointed with the state of our room. It reeked of mold, the carpet was damp and the light near the bathroom flickered when on. The air conditioner was super loud and only operated at one speed. Wi-do was spotty at best. We had a first floor room near the pool and random people kept sitting on our patio furniture.
