"Worst casino hotel in all of America! No air conditioning in the room- they don’t allow customers to control the fan the a/c or heat in your room you are paying for!
No safe in the room - and it’s a CASINO!!!
No makeup mirror in the bathroom and barely any lighting.
Refrigerator wasn’t working. Called the front desk to have them turn our heat down and it didn’t happen. Worst hotel!!!"

"Across the street is a pedestrian bridge that takes you Mall of America. The hotel is adjacent to a IHOP and a TGI Friday that delivwrs to the hotel. There an area outside with designated smoking and a fire pit. There's a pool and hot tub area. Free breakfast in the morning
Family friendly. Great for kids. The staff is very friendly and someone working the front desk gave me great advice on taking the light rail downtown to see the Twins play and it was only $2. Took about 35 mins from the MOA...

"This was a spacious room with a useful desk to get work done. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and food and drinks are available 24/7 just behind the front desk plus a convenience store on the ground floor. The location was fine for walking to the convention center, about 10 minutes, and much less expensive than hotels adjacent to the conference. The downtown area felt safe during the day but was deserted at night even on the weekend (I walked fast)....

"It was amazing!YOU NEED TO STAY THERE!The hotel room…there were bunkbeds,a big screen TV,yes,the bedding could use an upgrade,but everything else made up for it!The staff was so nice,my daughter did not want to leave the waterpark,there was even an arcade!And, there were so many food options!You only live once,so go to the lodge!!"
