"After reading the description of this hotel I had high expectations. I hoped they would be helpful to tourists. I had read there was a concierge, armed with that information I had expectations for help finding several spots around Seoul, places from kdramas that i was hoping to visit. Out of all the staff at the front desk only 1 young man went out of his way to help me. He was there the morning of the 13th. I read there were 3 restaurants in the hotel, there was only 1. Gym was not...

"The room was clean, cleanliness could be improved in the showers. Good air conditioning and amazing location. Walking distance to gwangjang market and myeongdong. I would make sure to bring your own slippers as they only provide reusable ones that seems to have been used by previous guests. There is a vending machine for other disposables."

"There were several other things I liked about the hotel. It is very close to the transit system. There are many places to eat nearby. The price was almost a 1/4 of a similar place on Seoul. The trip on transit is about an hour I couldn’t just justify the extra cost. The 2 breakfasts I had were good as well. The room was not large but I travel light and I am alone, plenty of room for me."
