"Perfect place to stay while in the area pre cruise! Clean and well run. Walkable to all amenities so no need for a car. We have had multiple stays and they have all been excellent."

The hotel was also hosting a large event that left no available parking for paying hotel guests despite charging a $20 parking fee. While the front desk staff tried to help, management was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no real solution or accommodation. After hours without resolution, I left at 10:30 PM...

"La posizione dell’hotel è eccellente , proprio in posizione tratteggi a tra la Lincoln, la Strada dello shopping e del passeggio , e la Collin’s. Sono anni e anni che vado all’Albion, devo dire che ogni volta vedo un peggioramento della qualità : pulizia, condizioni dell’hotel, servizi. Questo giro , oltre a essere 3 anni circa che la piscina non è accessibile , anche uno dei 2 ascensori non funzionava , per tutta la durata del soggiorno., con attese di anche 5-6 minuti prima di averne accesso."

"I booked this property because it had an airport shuttle, but it starts far too late to be usable for early flights, so I had to pay for an an Uber. Room was somewhat dilapidated, bed uncomfortable, AC very loud. Mild odor to the room. None of the plugs nor lights near the bed worked. Would absolutely not return."
