"At check in the Front desk person Brenda was not a friendly person. Seemed to be bothered people were checking in. Room was clean; however, bathtub was pretty moldy was disgusting when showering. Would not stay at this hotel again "

We also received terrific help from the ladies at the front desk when we messed up our reservation, which they quickly fixed! Great location for easy access to Canyon Road, as well as the historic sites, restaurants & shopping!"

"The room that we were given was in the worst location on property. We had a room which had an outside door entry facing a busy road and garbage truck route. We believe we were given this room because we booked on Expedia. Had we booked directly thru the Inn they offered a complimentary drink in the bar and stated they would match any price we were given. We stayed with Expedia and this is what we got. The property, room and amenities were very good as was the on-site breakfast & restaurant/bar....
