"This place listed a bar did not have one! No good walking distance restaurants! Potbelly closed at 4 went to CJ MUG staff was rude! On the way walking there had to past a BAIL bonding place with crazy looking people! NO BODY EVER MENTIONED THIS ON THE REVIEW! DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Did not walk that way again! "We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and it seems to have gone downhill a bit since then. The room was clean but not well maintained with certain items that should really have been replaced like the desk chair. Also one of the two elevators was out. The check in was a bit of a mess with the front desk not assisting people in the order that they had come to the desk (even though there were only three of us). "The staff was welcoming during check in and efficient during check out. The breakfast was a nice addition with the fresh fruit and other options. The hot tub was nice after a day of walking and the pool was refreshing. The rooms were good size and clean. Decent location right of I-55. I traveled with my 83 year old mother and my husband; we would definitely stay here again."

"Room & bathroom very comfortable, friendly & helpful staff. Free parking & lots of trolleys to bring luggage up. Lots of kids in pool & jacuzzi, so we chose not to use. Several ice machines broken."

"My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value.
My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working.
The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants."
