"The staff when we arrived were unwelcoming and then the actual receptionist felt distant such a shame The actual room was basic one pillow each and the bed was awful right next to a fire door which went off all night. For what we paid I felt this could have been better. I came back as we have stayed before but doubt I will use again. Breakfast staff lacked any form of communication. "

"I unfortunately booked for the wrong month. Having emailed the hotel to ask to change the booking they referred straight to their cancellation policy with absolutely no flexibility. Considering it’s a huge hotel and it was an honest mistake I am very disappointed with their response. I wouldn’t rebook based on this. "

"This is my second or third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I’ve experienced repeated issues with the rooms, particularly the showers. On previous stays, I had to change rooms multiple times due to either no hot water or electricity outages. Requested for manager to call ne re complaint no call,i made 4 call toll charged kept waiting average 15 minutes for them to find manager only to have to hang up due to cost. Would advise anyone not to go here,staff great manager useless. Half of evening menu unavailable both nights"
