"Upgraded to a suite. Got to the room and the fridge didn’t work. We pulled it out to check it. Bugs all over underneath it. None of the phone worked. 3 in the room. Went down to the front and got a room change. The fridge worked. The tv did not work. And no hot water in the shower.
