"Rooms are amazing - staff friendly - a couple of things which were odd - we could not pre book the shuttle as the phone on the web site is not a valid number - the club lounge is a dark room with no windows - a shame when across the corridor you have a massive living room/ hall with such an amazing view - no room service and could not take anything from the lounge to the room or sitting area with a view . "Staying here was such an enjoyable, relaxing, and special experience. The breakfast and dinner kaiseki were delicious and allowed us to try a variety of Japanese dishes. It's a lot of food so come to each meal hungry. All the staff we interacted with were kind and very helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsen was the perfect way to unwind after long days exploring the Hakone area. "100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "

"The hotel was so beautiful and the attention to detail was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything. They also spoke English. We were given yukatas to wear and they were really pretty. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh. The in room bath had amazing views to Mt. Fuji and was relaxing. They also have a shuttle that picks you up from Kawaguchiko station at 8, 8:30 9 and 10 am. We ended up taking a taxi from the station to the hotel but we took the shuttle back to...
