"Conversed with reception staff before our check in. Very helpful and patient team. Helped us with transport from airport and happy to assist always. Room is clean, hot water shower consistent. "Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel...

"Wrong address pinned on Hotels.com. Though it says 24hr frontdesk service available, we arrived at the lobby at 4am, door was lock, the lights were off.
