"The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Their breakfast was delicious! And I enjoyed the view while we ate. Best part is we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from our room balcony. Plus, we only had to walk one block to the heart of everything. It was the perfect location!"

"This is a bonus with water park , very reasonable price. The front desk staff was very helpful, automatically updated our room . However first time the room wasn’t cleaned , 2nd room was as noisy. The only uncomfortable experience is the room clean staff , who only changed garbage bin and exchanged towel."

"Everything was wonderful. We literally had a sound proof room. And the blinds completely darkened the room. The pool was great. The breakfast at the restaurant had amazing food and view of Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel wasn't full of kids. Plenty of parking. Definitely a prime location close to everything. This was the first time for my wife. We were on our 3rd anniversary of our first date."

"The hotel was clean, the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful.
What I did not like was the temperature of the refrigerator in my room. It froze all my food that I put in there, The cans of soda I put in the refrigerator burst due to freezing. the salad was frozen that I purchased from Walmart.
The room did not have black out curtains so I could sleep restfully due to the long drive home the next day."

"the indoor pool was very unique with a waterfall. ahallow pool at ground level and a deep pool up to 9 ft at the top. the hotwl is qalking distance from the maim street wher eveyone is walking and shopping. the staff was friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back."
