"The property is pretty and convenient to a beach. The room and the property itself was clean. The share shelves were a nice touch. The facility is very primitive, meaning there is NO A/C, no staff onsite and no housekeeping. None of these things are bad if it's what you're expecting; however, this listing on Expedia does not mention any of these things, so it was a great disappointment to arrive and find out about the lack of AC and housekeeping. "It was advertised as a thousand square foot with one bedroom and it ended up being a studio that was about 500 ft² but it had a nice little kitchen area and it was close to the beach but that was kind of noisy with all the doors and windows open and there was no air conditioning so we had to keep the windows and doors open. close to the beach"

The rental experience has been terrible- I just got locked out and then the voice service hung up on me.
