"I was surprised that with a three day stay, my room was not cleaned or replenished once. I didn’t leave a do not disturb sign on the door and there wasn’t an option to opt out of service. I had an ask for shower toiletries each day at the front desk which I’ve never had to do at any hotel. Given how many other hotels there are in the area, I won’t be staying here again."

"We had a good restful night there. The hotel is getting renovated right now so some issues did occur but overall our stay was nice. We did have to work through an overcharge of our room and the front desk clerk did help."

"When we arrived, the desk clerk was very helpful. He was very nice and attentive to our needs. He was the only one like this. We had interactions with other desk clerks and they were not as helpful and one almost seemed as if we were there to bother them.
The so called free breakfast that you have to have a card to get was definitely not worth the Free, let alone, if we had to pay for it. The eggs were not fresh and were runny, the meat was cold, and you could tell all of it was Heat and Serve....
