"Had a slight issue when checking in but the staff went above and beyond to communicate and fix it which I really appreciated. Elevators and hallways were very hot which is my only minor complaint. The king suite is very spacious and the entire property is well maintained. It’s very close to attractions and is in a very walkable neighborhood. It’s not in the heart of center city, but the price can’t be beat."

"The front desk staff was friendly, and while the room was dated, it was clean. The hotel was extremely busy due to the July 4th holiday weekend and a FIFA World Cup match, which may have contributed to some of the issues we experienced.
The biggest concern was the lack of communication during an evacuation. One evening, the fire alarm sounded, and guests were directed by a recorded message to evacuate. However, no staff members were outside providing instructions or updates while guests stood...

"Great stay all around. Only complaint was that the bed cover was as thin as a sheet and difficult to pull over you. Check Spot Hero for the 24 hour garage next door--I only paid $16 to park 24 hours there. There is a 24/7 deli grocery on the corner with tons of great stuff and they will also make you fresh food anytime."

"The pictures were deceiving for how dirty the hotel actually was. The chairs and curtains were covered in stains, the beds were completely sunken in, and the overall hotel did not deserve a 4 star review as stated by others."
