"Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Eventually the elevators came back up and the microwave was delivered to the room. Karen sweet lady met us while we were checking in, she was so personal engaged in conversation. Although the conversation was brief it was nice to see someone enjoying their job."

"Unfortunately the room was not clean… first room smelled like moldy.. They changed the room for us right away which was nice but in new room didn’t have good heat system, we were not comfortable staying and the TV didn’t work at all, disconnecting every 15min, didn’t seem cleaned well, big hair ball was in the bathroom, floor was dirty… we were family of 4, they only gave us 2 towels. Also one of receptionist was not professional or nice at all, hostility was not in this hotel. Bad experience "

"The check in time took an hour due To call outs and front desk was very clear how she felt. Wasn’t able to utilize the pool because they had to clean and drain and never notified of this. "Property and hotel itself is fine but once the evening hours come around, there’s cars that block the roadway with multiple ATVs circling the hotel property doing wheelies up the road and being loud for hours at a time. cops come once in a while chase them around ,they wear masks on their ATVs, so I assume they’re used to fleeing from the police which they do and then they come back around again once the police vacate the area. Unfortunately, the property is within close proximity to a very poor...
