"The hotel is clean and the staff are attentive. The TV’s were out and my door had an issue with the locking mechanism. When I tried to open the door it stuck. Bought it to management attention they said it would be fixed. It wasn’t. 4 days no tv in the room and at one point it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. I will NOT be staying there in the future.
If an issue is bought to the attention of management twice and it’s not taken care of then, it seems to be an inconvenience for them and...

"We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it.
Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful.
The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ...
