"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...

"The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. And not to be forgotten, right after he fixed the toilet, he touched my bed sheet straightaway. That was really disgusting and i asked him to wash his hands, but he was like ," whatever". ohmygod seriously,...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Needing a bit of an update here and there but nothing that impeded our comfort. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious! Would definitely stay here again. "
