"Really loved the location of the pierpont inn!! Clean rooms! coffee was provided and microwave in the room. Loved the breakfast! The concerns I have are: The restaurant renovations need to be sped up! I really would have loved to have dinner there! Also, as we walked to the building where the breakfast was located, there was debris all along the way... plants laying all over the walkways :( I do hope this review helps them decide that image and amenities play a role in future guests deciding...

"Our room was spacious and clean. The only minor complaint is the uncomfortable couch. It was incredibly hard and not comfortable for sitting. In addition, we did not get our trash taken out while we were staying for multiple days. A positive aspect of the property is their well maintained pool. It was crystal clear in the perfect temperature. We will be staying here again when visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids."

"The hotel overall was rushed when building was in progress. The contractors did not pay attention to the simple things. The A/C unit in our room was leaking and wet the floor significantly. The bathroom door would not close due to the door being extremely tilted . Different beds in different rooms. The first room had a good bed, then we switched rooms due to the issues I just listed. And the second bed was horrible. You could feel the springs popping up and down. Overall it felt extremely cheap....

"This place was so good for a weekends get away. It was very dusty inside, under the couch and head boards was layers of dust. And we arrived 30 min early and was told there was a $50 early check in fee which was alittle weird. We did not pay that and waited 30 min which ended up with using late to our event. Everything else was soo nice we will stay there again"

The fire pit is a wonderful feature for the cool coastal nights. Every bedroom has access to the backyard which is nice. I would highly recommend this house.
