"All a bit chaotic with a refurb underway giving the feel of a building site at reception and the bar/restaurant areas. Not made aware in advance which wasn’t appreciated. Room was okay albeit we did get assigned to a room which was occupied which was cringy. £15 for overnight car parking which is up 50% from February last year. Not impressed with that."

"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."

"Parking was very limited. We found one very tight space after driving around. £15 .00 was expected though. Breakfast was below average. DO NOT TRY THE SCRAMBLED EGG.. It tastes nothing like egg, just powdery and dry (made from powdered egg?). The rest was okay if you don't need a fry up (no other form of egg on offer anaemic sausage). Our rooms were very basic. I travel a lot. £330.00 for two rooms for a night... Not great. "

"Air conditioning broke during night setting off an alarm which woke me up spoiling my nights sleep, which was reason for coming the day before my conference. Once i worked out what it wasand rang receptionstaff came and switched off air con unit. However, this meant room became uncomfortably warm. Disappointing given the price paid. "The room was not as we saw on the website, we didn’t have a garden view but a large wall, which made the room really dark, the carpet was stained, the breakfast was ok until my husband saw the chef put cereals spilt on the table back in the pots with the ones to be eaten , there was a big sign outside saying come and look at our refurbished rooms, we certainly didn’t get one "

"If parking the entrance is through the arch on the left at China town. Entrance is in the bottom right corner. You need to press the buzzer to get in. It is a very, very tight entrance. You need to go down on the left side and straighten car up almost against the bottom wall to get angle for entry! While we were getting parked a BMW driver hit the front left side of his car on the door on way in! Then he scraped the full length of his left back door and wheel arch on the huge concrete pillar....
