"I like that there was a store to buy gifts in lobby. I like that there was a Starbucks in lobby and a restaurant on first floor. What I didn’t like was the Elevator broke down when I was in it with some other people and I got scared but we all were able to get out and told a worker what happened and he was able to bring us to our appropriate floors on his elevator. That night the elevator got fixed and it was fine the next day. All and all I loved the hotel and would stay there again."

"I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown. The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area.
The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything ran smoothly overall.
The only minor drawbacks were that breakfast closes at 9:00...

"The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable. No complaints except the phone was dead when I tried to call desk. I informed the front desk and he said to tell housekeeping. Isn’t that your job? The phone never got fixed . I asked for more coffee such we got but no extra cream. Otherwise all was good."
