"I was thrilled to get an unexpected upgrade to my 6th floor room that provides great views of Albuquerque."

"On the internet, they say "recently renovated." The rooms were refreshed with new floors and furniture. That said, the elevator was disgustingly filthy as was the trundle cart. I don't know how many people will care, but the "artistic" stenciling on the walls was amazing in the way it turned images of the Sandia Mountains into something hideous, with a color scheme right out of a brown mustard bottle."

"Airport shuttle"

"Good experience , only issue was one elevator was out of order but the managemnt team showed that they cared and understood the guests frustration."

"We booked a non smoked room. There was heavy cigarette smell when we entered the room. I asked the front desk staff about sending a crib, she said she could send one, but she didn’t."

Was given a different room and all I can say is the interior of the room was so old and dirty looking we actually checked the bed for bed bugs. The owners of this property should be ashamed to charge people to stay here. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt this all needed to be heard. Also when I checked the reviews before booking, the reviews were very good. I don’t know who gave those reviews but obviously...

"Pretty good stay considering the renovations in progress."
