"It was a nice hotel. The room and bathroom were very dark. No option for brighter lighting. Cold/ hot water in bathroom was hard to figure out. The parking garage elevator was not working and the parking spaces in the garage were tiny. Someone was parked so closely that I had to craw in my car through the back. The front desk had no items that you may have forgotten such as toothbrush or ibuprofen and the only place to purchase was the Starbucks in the hotel that was only open until 3 pm"

"I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle but upon arrival I was informed that the shuttle does not start until later in the morning and would not be able to get me there for my 6am flight. Also the sheets heavily reeked of perfume, I am not sure if they were not washed or this is their laundry detergent but regardless I could not sleep because of this."
