"Hotel was noisy at night with Club music until 4am ,reception staff are moody and not helpful. I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was told to wait 15mins as another couple were checkin and completing their paperwork. Found this very rude and unprofessional. "

"Such a central location, easy to figure out where to go. The staff were the highlight; so friendly, personable and accommodating. "Had an amazing experience, came at the beginning of July and the weather was pretty hot. Honestly couldn't feel it, I was in the pool most of the time. I expected it to be a lot more packed but the resort is pretty big so you aren't always waiting in lines or feeling clustered with other people.
