"The pool was down unfortunately and the reason I booked to have some pool time but the rest of the hotel was nice. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Complimentary water on the floors you could help yourself to, large lobby area, very clean, room was clean although somewhat small and no refrigerator- minor issue, check-in and out was very smooth, we had our pet with us, and we could walk to where we needed to go. Parking right across the street and valet available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again! "

"Buena estancia, buena ubicación en el downtown; sin embargo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en el restaurante Rosalie ya que su host nos trató muy mal (existió discriminación de su parte) y la mesera en represaría (por apoyo al host) no nos sirvió lo que pedimos. Una lástima que por 2 personas manchen el trabajo y la marca que un equipo de muchas personas procura día a día "

"Staff was A1 however we kept having issue with our toilet (someone came within 20mins each time) and water temperature was so hot couldn’t really enjoy shower. Over all experience was Good because of the staff !!!"
