During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in. Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. "Even though in the description it clearly states they have AC, this time of the year they do not. So with the fluctuations of Temperature and being on a higher floor the rooms are very warm. We were told to just open a window, which are not screened. Had to ask for a fan, one was not offered as a solution when I called. I was just rudely told it states on the website that they do not have AC, which is inaccurate. So if you can’t sleep in a hot room at night you may want to rethink staying here....
