"Within walking distance from Logan Airport or you can use the very regular complimentary bus from hotel. Staff were helpful. I had an issue with the lock on my door and they sent someone to fix it within 15 minutes."

"Nice hotel and great location to attractions."

"Nice hotel near the airport"

"Location"

"Good location, good restaurant and very comfy rooms, but staff seemed a little less friendly"

"The Copley Square Hotel has an excellent location in Back Bay. Staff was very personable and helpful. The hotel is very clean. It is a very old hotel, so just know in advance that there is a slightly musty odor in the room. At least the one we stayed in. Space in the bathroom was limited, with minimal vanity. If you are willing to make these concessions, then you may well enjoy the quaint, old world charm of this hotel."

"Clean rooms and the staff was very polite and friendly"

"The location of the Hilton is great, walkable to just about everything we wanted to do. Beautiful combination of historic and modern decor in the lobby and restaurant/bar. excellent made to order breakfast and big selection on breakfast buffet. The rooms themselves are small. The wicked small classification for a room did not lie. Bathrooms are tiny. Generally, it was a good stay, but would probably look elsewhere for the price we paid."

"The hotel is clean, modern and has a vibe. Rooms clean - modern and the best smelling soaps. Lots of restaurants shops and site-seeing close by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great bar w cute game nites. Will def book again."

"Amazing stay!"
