"Great location, shopping mall downstairs, friendly staff"

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very professional and efficient in accommodating our various, such as arranging for wake calls and supplying a usb charger. Nearby the hotel, there are many restaurants. Jiefangbei (liberation monument) is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hailing a ride from the hotel is very easy."

"The amenities were top-tier;nthe room was super comfortobale; the staff were exceedingly helpful (I'm so sorry guys, I lost the card with your names on it; they were the four employees working on the morning of Wednesday, Nivember 4th); and the location could not be more ideal."

"We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel in Chongqing! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat we ons welkom voelden. Als leuke verrassing kregen we ook nog een gratis kamerupgrade, wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. We kijken met veel plezier terug op onze ervaring en zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven. Een echte aanrader!"

"Spacious rooms with helpful staff. Great breakfast too"

The breakfast buffet options are ok, not outstanding but good enough for the price and location of this property. There's...

"Very nice. Good location. Clean and well maintained. Daily cleaning. Highly recommended"

"Really good location, close to shops and underground. Lots of Chagee, Heytea, Starbucks nearby. Staff were very helpful. Got a steamer from reception instead of an iron- bit novel. Outside of the building is not appealing but hotel is immaculate."

"The service in China is the best in the world!"

"Breakfast was delicious, good verity. Amazing room views!"

"We have a great stay in Mayue hotel with their many amenities & great room & great location to the main attractions! Thank you !"

"房間清潔做的不好，配套設施不全"

"Hotel was great, nice big rooms and the gentleman who checked me in was so nice, thanks so much :)"

"Confusion with booking room size but they rectified it as the room I booked on the platform was not meant for hotels.com. Room cards had to be reset daily for elevator access to our floor. Some how the key card would work for the room lock but not the elevator. Ladies at the front counter weee super friendly and tried their best to help. Breakfast was nice but could use variety. Having the same thing 4 days in a row can be tiresome. The coffee was good, fresh ground coffee machine and laundry...
