"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day...

"Elevator wasn't working with a massive event. We couldn't park and getting up or down from the room was a 10-15 minute endeavor.
The staff while friendly had no idea where anything in town was. Yes we have phones now but it would be nice for concierge to be concierge.
The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant was nice, but rooms are tiny, you hear everything, and someone was smoking on the 4th floor which really added to the experience."
