"We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"First room smelled like urine, second room was slightly better but did not feel as clean as it could be. Received random charges two days after my stay and was accused of smoking (I am literally 5 months pregnant). They reversed the charge but still extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. The pool ran out of towels. The family pool was full of moms popping bottles and not watching their kids despite a no glass rule at the pool. Overall it’s really unkept and lacks care."

"Very nice hotel. Loved the pool! Restaurants need to be open later. Couldn’t get a dessert past 9. We were bummed. The “store” in the lobby was closed for renovations and all they had was Cheetos, Doritos and melted snickers and it was presented in a box. Kinda tacky for the price we were paying."

"Went for a little get away. Had an excellent stay. everyone one was very helpful. Some of the best steak at their steakhouse restaurant. Fortunately, it was a Hot day, and me and my wife had a great time at the pool the bartenders were amazing they kept on check with us to make sure everything was good. Mind you my wife really doesn't go in the water at the pool. That day she did we both had a excellent time. And I hardly ever write a review. Thanks to the Staff!!!"
