"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "This location does not have car service or a shuttle as shown on the Expedia profile. They simply will call you a taxi. There is one very tiny lift within the building. The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "

"Located in best area, close to Hyde Park and Marble Arch Tube station as well as directly on Oxford Street. Rooms are clean, beds are fine but for the next time, I prefer a room on an upper level. We had a room on the first floor with view into the patio and it was really dark. Besides our room wasn't prepared at regular check in time 3pm, we had to wait another 45minutes. Not so nice and the lobby was overcrowded. To be more specific: the organization could be better and quicker. "
