Located close to Euston Station, and just a ten minute walk to Oxford Street, this is ideally situated for a touristy trip. Check in was straightforward and easy, the staff were attentive without being overbearing, and despite the size of the hotel it always felt nice and quiet. One of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a hotel - comfortable bedding, decent pillows, and a nice king size bed. Better than other options in this price bracket.

Nice property right by a subway station. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and stores nearby. The staff here was wonderful! They were always friendly and helpful, including the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here.

Staff were outstanding especially Luis and Barbara. So friendly and kind which made our stay a good one. Hotel is truly beautiful with a great restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the gym was closed for refurb while we were staying there. Also must add how central this hotel is in London and right next to Warren Street station so it was so easy to get around London. Housekeeping supervisor forgot her name was also so wonderful and accommodating. If we had any issues she was on it fixing the problem. We loved our stay and will defo come back!

The staff was exceptional in their customer service. They were always very helpful. The restaurant was also very helpful when we wanted to have dinner in our room one night. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s right next door to a subway station and there are stores and restaurants nearby.
