"The lading app did not work despite trying to uninstall, reinstall, change passwords and call the help line. Therefore we did not know the building number, apartment number the code to get into the building, or the unit, we had no idea where to park. We got in after hours and I called the landing help line and it wasn’t for an hour until I received help. It was 11:45 at night by the time we got into the unit. There was no soap in the shower soap containers. It was all just frustrating

"This was the absolute best home we’ve ever rented. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and very spacious with lots of seating options and spaces for people to sit, relax and enjoy. The outdoor space is amazing and everyone loved spending time outside. 10/10 we will definitely stay here again next time we’re in phoenix. "
