By the looks of the pictures online, this place was going to be great--it was anything but! It started with an invalid access code so we could not get in the building and things only got worse from there. Our check-in papers told us to use the elevator, but that only served to confuse us because our rental ended up being on the ground floor. It caused a lot of frustration trying to figure out where our unit was with no onsite assistance, all while toting our suitcases along. We were told we had to display a parking pass for the parking garage, it would be located in our room, but alas there was no pass. When we finally made it to our rental unit, we walked in and the smell just about knocked us over. Then I noticed there was no balcony. Looking closer the carpet/rugs were extremely dirty. There was literal splatter marks on the wall in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. All the doors had dirty smudges around the handles as if they had not been wiped/sanitized in a very long time. There was dust and hair build up in the corners, mop boards, and vents. The dryer was broken and there was only 4 towels provided for 4 people for 6 days. There was only 3 coffee cups for the 4 of us. Broken glass in the dishwasher. Dirty utensils. Broken lamp in the bedroom so you had to unplug it to turn it off. Broken window shade in the bedroom and would not go up. Upkeep and cleaning could have made a HUGE difference:(
