"THE FINE PRINT: Don't bother with a "city view" room unless you're on a top floor, because all you will see is the ugly rooftops and other buildings. So don't pay extra for that unless it's guaranteed a top floor.

"Was excited to see the city lights from this hotel and hopefully an overlook of Universal Studios. Got placed on the bottom floor where I had a view of a grey roof outside our floor length windows, right off the bat made me sad.
The shuttle to and from universal studios and universal city walk was nice, fills up fast but the drivers are nice, just have to have your kids sit on your lap to make more room for others.
Ordered breakfast in the room for one morning, breakfast sandwichs are good...
