"Stay was great until we tried to check out of the breakfast buffet which was was paid for on Expedia. The staff argued that we didn’t pay and we couldn’t see it separated on the Expedia receipt. We later found it in another page on Expedia after they charged us for the breakfast again. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge, which is inconvenient and annoying."

"The hotel is very nice. However there is a outdoor nightclub right behind the hotel. The music and bass was like you were at a nightclub right in your room. We went there to get a good night sleep before our basketball tournament. We slept maybe 3 hours due to all the loud music. The bass was shaking the room until 2 am. We have been trying to reach the hotel but nobody answers"

"I really didn’t care to much about this hotel, normally I stay at the Embassy Suites. What I hated the most was 57 dollars a day to park that’s a little too much. I come all the way from South Carolina to. Philadelphia for Mother’s Day. Was totally upset that I picked this hotel, never again I spent over2 thousand for hotel and was very disappointed."
