"The hotel was clean, but they wouldn’t come clean your room every day after they ask you did you want them to come clean the room every day besides that it is nice big rooms I like that and very convenient convenient in the Oak Brook area. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice."

"Rooms are in other buildings long walk thru internal corridors. Difficult for anyone with a walking disability. So if booking, state need room close to lobby. Difficult to get appointments in Spa, so book before going. Restaurant is OK.
Fitness room is excellent. Breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced. Awesome mall near. Golf course is excellent.
Staff is great."

"There were 3 trash cans in the room, none of which had a bag in them. There was no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. There was long black or brown hair ask over the floor and in the shower. And two finger steaks of a blood or feces marks on the sheets of the bed."

"Room was not clean at all. The lady that checked me in refused to give me a clean room, and she had a bad attitude. However the last night I stayed another staff member fixed the issue. I hate I didn’t talk to the other start member prior but do not book this hotel."
