"Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there.
They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy.
At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms.
All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch.
I would however maybe monitor...

"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
