"Good view"

"WE arrived a little early, not an issue, the checked us in and we even got a nice upgraded room. Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took advantage of a late flight home. Would highly recommend staying there to any of our friend or family going to visit Boston."

"Terrible experience. They should close while they are in construction! The hotel is a mess and none of the amenities are available. No bar no weight room. Nothing. On top of that there was no hot water. This was one of my worse hotel experiences ever! End up leaving and going to the Sheraton across the street. "
