"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am). My one and only complaint was that it would have been nice to have our breakfast included with the early check in since we paid...

"Muriel at the front desk made our 54th Anniversary memorable as she upgraded our room to a suite and sent a bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates to our room plus a voucher for oysters at the restaurant. Kudos to her for being so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much!!"

"PERFECT location! So close to parking and everything we wanted to do and an easy bus ride up and down Michigan Ave. Only thing we missed was a normal in room coffee maker not a fancy espresso maker yick."

The parking deck guests can use is one block down and one block over but was inexpensive for downtown ($28 a night , trust me I did the research)."
